Do not go gently Into the too quiet realm of poetry: Let the ink roar from The rusty confines of your dried out pen - Decimate the bars That held you prisoner in that dark cell - Boldly make your mark And take your first breath of unspoiled air - What a joy it is To hear you and your Muse singing again - It has been too long Since I have heard your beautiful voice - Do not go gently Throw off the chains that have bound you and write!
