never let problems burden you. it's
enough trying to carry your own without
adding others' to the load, weighing you
down with sadness

making you crazy with worry, anger &
frustration as you try to figure out how to
solve their problem that has now become
one of yours...adding

to the burden you are already under; your
feet are stumbling; your spine is bending,
feeling the crushing impact of all of the
problems you've taken on

(your own as well as everyone else's). give
your problems to God. let Him handle the
problems, let Him remove the stress &
relieve the tension from your

body & your mind. close your eyes & just
relax...breathe deeply, feel all of the tension
leaving your muscles, leaving them feeling
loose; picture yourself in a

place of beauty and quiet...on the beach or
in the mountains, somewhere far away. in
your special corner of the world, stress can
not get to you;

whenever you feel a need to just "get away,"
go on a mental vacation...remember, it's
free!! no hassles getting to and from the
airport!! no security

checks!! no lengthy flights!! you don't have
to make hotel reservations, or fight traffic, or
look for somewhere to go!! WHOO-HOOOO!
unwind as often as you want...

& remember, never let problems burden you.

Your OWN problem is never too heavy for
you--others' problems will always burden
you.~~MAASAI PROVERB.

That doesn't mean you don't care...you have
enough worries and problems of your own,
don't add to them. Give *ALL* of your problems
over to God, yours and others'. Let them know
you're praying for them. That's the best way I
know to help!

What a wonderful write! It is true that the weight of the world can become so burdensome. And sometimes we just have to step back and reorganize our priorities by giving some quality stress-free time back to us.
