Loved it...you are a fine artist my dear friend and we are so blessed as a nation where we have the freedom to express ourselves through words, verse, and vocal. Can't imagine writing 1776 poems...yes I can, I can't wait for that day...so glad you are back, we've missed you guys so much...still in our payers.

Is it that we are free to write or that writing sets us free? I believe that there is no separating the two, kind of like the yin and the yang, they are both part of the whole. This is such an upbeat and postiive poem, Karla, with beauty and strength setting the tone. I hope Karen is improving everyday. I keep you both in my thoughts and in my prayers.
