How fortunate for some children there are those who will love and accept them for whom they are: God's blessings.
"Children With Bad Timing"
...didn't ask to be born into chaotic lives of parents who have no time for children. They didn't ask to be neglected by mothers too immature for the career of motherhood. They didn't ask to be the products of fathers who want to screw but who will deny paternity. They didn't ask to be abused or murdered by those who are supposed to be protective of them. They didn't ask to have disabilities, to be less than perfect, to be treated differently. Children with bad timing? For some. But thank God for those who love and accept them for the gifts they are.
Nicely done Karla; children are not bad timing! They are hurt more than man realizes until they are grown & the hurt if left to heal, festers into bitterness:( God Bless! Daring

This is highly original writing. I have read loads of material on social behaviour, mainly academic discourses. These were tomes as thick as one's forearm, but this write has summed up the psychology of a child in less than 30 words!
This is sad but true. I have raised three daughters and loved them all, I am now watching my own girls raise children of their own and I am so proud of them. They took the responsibility of being a parent as a gift to be treasured. Then I look around and see some of my nieces, cousins etc who produced children like they were a dime a dozen and walked away from them not knowing or caring what the long term affects on these children will be. That is the sad part, and you captured it well here my friend
Bless those that take care of my children said the Lord, for the others I have a mill's-stone and a deep well.

Children ARE God's gift, unfortunately even to those undeserving.It is very sad to hear and see almost everyday some child, somewhere, being introduced to such brutality. I pray for all.
