We can only hope and pray that all parties concerned will do what is best and aside from that there is not much we can do. Be prepared to go it alone just in case, then whatever help you get will be a blessing. My prayers are with all of you Texans, who have been so totally inundated with water it's amazing you ever dry out! It really has been a terrible year for you guys and I pray it will soon be over and a quieter season is in store!

If there is such a thing as sin, this administration will spend eternity in Hell for what they did during Katrina.

You have written a profound poem about a tragedy which will go down in history as one of the worst episodes of bigotry, incompetence and evil ever commited by the Executive Branch of our government.

Hope the next killing hurricane never arrives, and, if it does, that useless gang in the White Tepee of Washington ear the thunder and come down from all those hight pedestals and get their feet wet like everybody else.
