I can't help thinking of the promise in the bible, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things are passed away; all things become new." How amazing that He exchanges our sin for His righteousness and makes us beautiful in Him. Well said, Karla!

I love this poem.... I always thought,... let me start again: You know how couples seem to look more alike, the longer they're together? My sibs and I used to make a game of it. We'd watch men and women at large church meetings and try to guess who was with whom... quite often we were right. So, in my young mind grew the idea, that the longer we stay close to Jesus, the more we'll look like Him. Crazy idea? Maybe. But one day, maybe I'll look in the mirror and see His eyes. Wouldn't that be cool? --Charlie

yes, karla our eyes see many things in life. when we see the good, the love, and the purity of nature we are seeing what He wants us to see with our eyes. the evil that exists is there for us to learn from not indulge in.
