Been thinking about this ever since it happened, the words expressing my outrage finally came.

a plane low against a skyline
familiar with terror from the air?

Yes I agree some people have no common sense, to risk ones life for photos, or to prove you can land a plane somewhere is at best idiotic at worst a suicide wish.
Althought I certainly understand the panic and the fear that took place with this incident; I truly believe it was nothing more than a sheer photo op that wasn't thought through well! No one can forget Sept 11th, and altho time does fade certain horrors, we never do get over them....Being so close to the actual place that this atrocity occurred surely had to bring fear again....and then... anger at the carelessness and lack of preparation.. Sometimes mistakes happen, and when they do...they hurt innocent people...altho not intended...I just feel that there is another side to this, lest we forget our own mistakes when we hurt others innocently! Losing someone on that date, as you know i did, you would be surprised how many people have, while not forgetting it, just kind of let it go, less they walk past ground zero all the time...e
Sometimes, people tend to forget the things that simply trigger a memory. Time goes by and their guard is let down, and bam, something like this happens and it's in your face all over again.
Poor judgment for sure.
I somehow doubt that they'd forget something like September 11, 2001. Once it happened, it stayed in people's minds forever, and it still does today. I know it does for us. And I think the President wasn't using good judgment when he pulled his "little stunt". I still say the guy is an idiot! Well done, rage very well justified!
