We do not know the day nor the hour, ....

Image (c) 2009, Karla Dorman

Poem Artwork

It's coming.  You can f e e l it in
the air.  Hear it in the distance,
the muted rumbles of thunder.
You can see it flickering hope
in the eyes of those who have

heard the warnings --- but the
storm is not yet.  It's building,
though.  The atmosphere is
thick with tension; the skies
are lowering; everything that

was prophesied is gathering
overhead, primed to explode
by a revelation.  And when it
does, the Heavens will be
torn in two on the sound of

a trumpet blast:  our salvation
is at hand.  We do not know
the day nor the hour, but it is
much sooner than you think:
watch, therefore, and be ready.

Remember well what happened to Louis XIV and his wife Marie Antoinette when they flaunted their luxury in front of the town folk who were hurting, starving???? It is coming, the time is near...

Be always safe,

I feel its soon though Karla.
Your faith shines here ... AMEN!
I am so thankful for that small
seed of faith that He put in me when
I was a boy of six.

There is growing resentment to the flaunting of powers in Washington. There is growing anger at the pansy Republicans (all of them) who will not stand and fight to their last breath. Yes, Karla, there is a storm brewing. I will detail it all in my next book, "Two Thousand Eighty Four."

Maybe the Lord will halt the storm. I like to think he will. But things are getting scary. Exceptional writing, Karla.

Most well done Karla. This is an exciting time to be alive. Frightening indeed, but exciting! So let's come in for the big win!! The good news is people can now see through the ruse. The left-right paradigm has been shattered. Dems, Republicans, doesn't matter, the song remains the same. So it's down to the grassroots, the gutters, coast to coast. Therein lies the solution. Each and every one of us. Well done.

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
