november clouds blow in
behind a stiff north breeze
temperature gets colder
tonight could bring a freeze
november rains dampen
everything it touches
it gets down in our souls
it reaches in, clutches
november plucks the leaves
from nearly naked limbs
tossing them and flinging
it's a grand sport to him
november brings loved ones
into our homes and hearts
grateful this thanksgiving
november stands apart

Ah I love November, we have bonfire night to celebrate old Guy fawkes plotting to blow up the Houses of Parliament and then I always plan to get my Xmas pressies before the month is out....never do though.
Mmmm, yep this got me in the November mood alright.
I was born in November and I never liked it until I lived in Hawaii and Australia and then I loved it. Now back on the east coast I go to Florida to escape the it. I love cold air as long as it comes from a vent. Fargo North Dakota cured me forever a wish to feel a cold wind. Still I liked your poem.
I'm pretty fond of November, myself, I was born in November, and my fmaily gets together for Thanksgiving in November, beuatiful write keep it up.

November also brings icestorms. Beautiful but deadly. Wonderful write.
Major League ballplayer Justin Moore is kidnapped from his own ballpark and transported to a foreign land. It might take high-level international negotiations to free him. Or maybe he will take matters into his own hands.
