Good morning, God... As I forge ahead, this new day Stumblin' about (that's my way) I have some small favors to ask (They're not too difficult a task) Help me to be nice...that's so hard Please help me keep my tongue on guard When I get mad, I yell and cuss Don't let me pitch a fit or fuss When I'm havin' one of those days Keep me always lookin' Your way When I can't stand goin' to work Keep me from actin' like a jerk When I can't my big mouth shut Keep my big mouth from spoutin' smut And if I wanna stretch the truth Remind me that lyin's uncouth When the storms of life knock me down Keep my feet firmly on the ground When the winds rip my world apart Remove doubt and fear from my heart When things seem like they're closin' in Drain the fear...let Your peace begin When darkenin' clouds mar my sky Keep me searchin' for You, on High When I have no money for bills Keep me from worry...cure that ill Oh! and Lord...one more thing I seek You know I'm human, very weak Lord...forgive me of all my sins I ain't perfect...never have been When I do wrong, please forgive me Help me focus only on Thee Because You are Lord, Lord of all Bein' human, You know I'll fall Please answer me, I know You care Thanks for hearin' my little prayer Keep me in the palm of Your Hand... wonderful prayer, karla! it shows that your heart is in the right place, and the lord is NEVER too busy to listen to you! such an honest and openness about your prayer; the lord would be more than happy to answer your requests! it may NOT be right away when he answers your prayers, but he WILL ANSWER them! that is a GUARANTEED PROMISE, and if you look towards him, you will be much better off! (SORry about the preaching, but this is what he's told me to tell you, so i AM! :)) keep your faith strong, and never be afraid to talk to him! with much love, your twin sister (AND your sister in christ!), karen lynn. :) P.S.: remember this, karla.."ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED!"
