JOYCE ANN CARPENETO, age 40, was a Com-
puter Programmer for General Telecom,
on the 83rd floor of Tower 1 (the North
Tower) of the World Trade Center.

She perished on September 11, 2001.

Joyce, even though we've never met, I
feel I know you through our friend,
John Brian Quinn, from New York City.

How sorry I am that you perished...you
are very much missed and loved by many,
and will never be forgotten.
