a very valid question for one dealing with depression ...

i wont tell you it is all going

but what i will tell you

As someone who has suffered from depression for a long time, I know how this feels. The good days are indeed good, but the bad ones are hell on wheels!

This is the depths of depression Kartla. An awful place to be because all we do is feel negative about everything and hopeless. Best to do everything one can to stay out of it, no matter how hard it is.I knoe I've been there...

Karla find the closest park or woods to your home. Spend several hours there and allow nature to help you.
