Friendship...First Kiss...Last Kiss...Thought's ever ...Cross your heart...

So sad the day you left me

My friend of another day

Through the years I've grown

Now being old and gray

I've never forgotten

Our first kiss

For it was our last

Nor our friendship

Decades in the past

I wonder in your train of thought's

Could?

Forget Me Not

Ever

Cross your heart

Awe, how sweet...beautifully penned my friend! I don't think one ever forgets that first special someone...it's ironic how life hands us the most unexpected in situations such as these...my first special someone is actually my husband's boss! Boy did we tease him when I found out who his boss was and when his boss found out who my husband was married to. Oh my husband was fuming when I said I told him that his boss was an ex boyfriend! Until he discovered we were in the first grade and our dates were all on the playground beside the monkey bars, and the things he taught me were...to tie my shoes, blow bubbles, and whistle...I loved it! Enjoyed this write much!
