Should I See Somewhere

(perhaps bad poetry but there's no category)

Should I see somewhere that you have passed,

A sadness will overtake me

There aren’t many hearts I feel I will miss

You are one of the few.

Should I see one day your name in lights,

A smile will vouch my joy

I’ll remember how you sighed and toiled

Over dreams you let none spoil.

Should you see some place it is I have passed,

Don’t give way to tears

I’m apt to be gliding far from despair

As such, give way to only cheers.
