This is my passion, free flowing words Cast upon the parchment in waves Of utter bliss, contempt and hatred Combined. This heart, the very one which beats deep within my chest, It aches to know all, and yet nothing At the same time. It yearns for Something not real, yet there, ethereal And clear, full of hope, yet also despair.
From a distance, I stand, smiling brightly, Yearning for something in dreams, but Knowingly unreal. Some kindship, it's there I can feel it! But, bittersweet this is for me. To share such dreams, what a wild sense Of security! I linger, in thoughts, wondering And hoping that this is not real, but wishing That it is.
My, my, my. This certainly is poetry. Your style is unique but it speaks to the public like a warm familiar. Greatly written.
