A poem especially written for my father Raymond C. Klopchin who passed away on 11/4/03.

DAD

My father, for now I bid you goodbye

As on angel wings you soar up high.

Into the arms of our maker above,

To be cradled by his warmth and love.

To live an existence free from sorrow and strife.

This the beginning of your heavenly life.

And for the ones who are left behind,

Your memories fill our hearts and mind.

My father, my love for you will always be,

Surrounding your life eternally.

So father for now I bid you goodbye,

Until on angel wings I to will fly.
