Guilt for things i cannot control. Hatred for people i once loved. Anger welling deep within me. Always burning yet no release. Pushing myself to make due. Life giving lemons, forgetting the sugar. Never ending strife taking all of me. Trying to make it in a world so cold. Giving all i have yet not enough.

Strong feelings in this one and though the last line sums it up with "giving all I have yet not enough" it left me asking myself is she really giving all...is she smiling, laughing, savoring the waves on a beach, the falling leafs, the first snow, children...all the things that can make us complete and happy, or is she just going through the mechanics of breathing. For a short write stirs up lots of thought that is for sure. Excellant.

Short and expressive. Clearly conveyed message.
I like "Life giving lemons, forgetting the sugar."
"Trying to make it in a world so cold": so true.
