I wrote this as a cathartic piece.
I have no control over what others do.

Poem Artwork

In your times of greatest pain.
I also realize these are your times of greatest peril.
Your sister is a greedy bitch waiting to avail herself of your caring nature.
And never for one minute does greed enter your mind.
You have , and will always continue to be a caring soul.
I can not be there for you, to comfort you. Nor stand up for you.
It is a ruling of the court, which you can reverse at any moment.
It is up to you as to what to do.
Love you? I always have and always will.
You were my first lover, and you will be my last.
The time has come to put the past behind and move forward towards our future together.
We planed it for many years.
I understand the need for you to feel safe.
I assure you that is my plan also.

But I need love and support to make that happen.
Otherwise what does it matter, as long as I don’t drive while drinking?
My sweet Barbara, I am now as much “in” love with you now as I have ever been.
Please understand.
You need me as much or more than I need you just now.
Things will happen that you cannot deal with alone.
I am talking about ”The Madge”.
She is hateful. We have already seen what she has done, and is capable of.
Let this not be a time of hate between us, but a time of reckoning.
I admit to my faults, my inability to deal with the slings and arrows of your family towards me.
But you must also admit to the way you dealt with them towards me.
Our grandchildren miss you, as do I.
I will always forgive you and love you.
I am only hoping you are willing to do the same for me.
One man cannot love a woman more than I do you, please know that is true .

Walt

Such a mournful and honest write.
Sometimes we need to step back to see each rose, instead of feeling the thorns.
God always knows what's best. We may not always agree with how He directs our path. Ultimately, it is our trust that will make love happen in our life, but it may not be what we had in mind.
My prayers are that God will answer your plea, in the way you want it to be. If His decision is different, know that He'll still answer your plea.

This write must have been cathartic for you...at least I hope so. If love is to be, it will be. If not, you are still wiser than the day before. Good write.

I hope Barbara Bush doesn't read it or you are in big big trouble my Walty boy.
But the poem seems sincere, or, if its a gimminck I hope it works, because every rascal deserve to be loved.
