Yes, it happens to me,
Monsieur le carefree.

Because you see,
The tears of a clown.

Forget the clown, and find tears of joy....They are out there

A touching write...there was a time in my life that I felt that I had to put on a smile for others, not wanting to share my feelings of trouble, so on the outside I smiled while on the inside I cried...those days soon passed, each day brought a ray of hope, the sun came up, I survived...and a joy returned to my heart and soul. I remember the tears well...a superior write, the artistic work is great as well makes a powerful combination!
Blessings,
Joyce B.

I know those clown tears all too well, my friend. And wishing you much happier days, of wondrous clown cheers.

Stress can certainly make us feel like a clown at time but there is no humour in this write and I know you are struggling my friend but take it from one who has been there...it will improve.

Walt, I love the Emmett Kelley poster. I was a big fan of the world's greatest clown. I also was a huge fan of Marcel Marceau, the great French, mime. He was the inspiration for my poem, "Drunken Mimes". "Stress on All Fronts" is very thought provacative. Terse with a clear meaning and important message for those that appear to be always happy and care free. another great poem. Jon Michael Willey

May "it" soon be a thing of the past. Your smile and wit brighten my day. Peace and God's blessings to you as you overcome the clown's sad tears. Kathy

I must have missed out on a lot... Clown tears hurt worst of all-- accustomed to turning everything into a joke, we're unused to sorrowful sentiment. --Charlie

I know you Walt since macon. You've been through a lot this past year but you are never a clown...I see your face but I feel the stress you've been under. I know it's almost over and then...that smile will break your face!
