Last night I was asleep to say the least
A natural death and I did not loose my breath
I awoke, which revealed that I was asleep
Simple, but deep
Unconscious or unknown, comprehend it and let your beliefs be blown
Go beyond the thoughts that you have sown
Be free of the fantasy that you have grown
Perceive what you truly possess
Undress, in deep sleep, see what's your consciousness
Last night my fears and desires were out of sight
In deep sleep I leaped without my feet
Indiscreet, but complete
Thought could not perform such a feat
What a thrill, in the death of sleep I beheld how powerless is my will
Eerie or just scary, it's all about me, we, you see
In the ego's death, we are free
