A world of confusion and everyone seeks their own illusion Pleasure, the fantasy is reality
You are happy and sad; that’s what you had
In the present, the will is filled with images to be fulfilled A moment of silence is perceived as an absence
To some, the future is here. Others; the future is to plan and prepare and live in fear
The present moment is treated as void and not enjoyed Problems cannot be solved
In the future, we revolve\we advance, and problems are still involved
Covered with a new invention, and talks of solution Politicize, industrialize, materialize and people are disenfranchised
To be greedy is to be wise
Darkness filled the eyes and the world is despised Speak the truth and they call it a lie
Get a pie in the sky and problems stay high Tomorrow is sought; today is unfinished Thought, may as well be naught
