This poem was written to ease the sadness of a friend upon the passing of their loved one...
I am always honored when called upon to write a poetic piece at the times of someone's passing to the next plane of their existence. In some philosophical expressions, "angels" are described as the Universe's thoughts to man.
Somewhere our loved ones dance with angels,
Those who have passed before us.
Greeted by beloved family, friends, and animal companions
They now abide in gardens of delight.
Who, I wonder will be there to greet me when it is my turn to walk into the light?
I do not believe in such things as angels. However, so many do believe, that gives them solace at a time of tragedy and death to think of a life after death that is idyllic and contains idyllic messengers and guardians like angels.
I believe your words work well in this case of helping someone get over grieving for a great loss.
Ah, there will be a special angel just for you to take you through the halls of beauty and grace, I love angels and all that they represent, Life as we know it ends here but not there, there we continue to thrive, as orbs and light.
