BEAUTY IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER!

The toad!

Oh’ look that ugly toad,

From underneath the moat,

Just barely afloat

They liked me, they pretended

That’s the way it should have ended

Had their ignorance suspended

Warts here warts there

And some times I would share

To their hands would stare

Ugly is the word I heard

So I put another squirt

With danger they did flirt

They learned it in biology

How ugly I could be

Especially me

My true self they’d deny

It sort of past them by

I always wondered why

Then I thought

If with pants down caught

Would that line have bought?

See the beauty

That I am, made He,

Be it toad or be it bee!

Look not with thine eyes alone,

Much beauty is ignored that shone,

Lived there all alone, underneath a stone.

Bring on the Prinsome Hance - let's kiss that toad and free the princess within! It gets too cold and lonely under that stone.

There is good in EVERYTHING, and everything has a silver lining - we just have to look [sometimes it's harder than other times]. But, seek and ye shall find.
