Medicines from Jasmin!
Her voice does endure
While browsing literature
There was an allure
To look for a cure
I wasn’t too sure
Much unease and moping
On negativity doting
Stomach pains and bloating
My mind in space was floating
Happiness unloading
There an attractive green
Glossy with sheen
Spoke to my spleen
Where the problem has been
Ask me to clean
First I walked by
Heaving a sigh
Didn’t know why
It rose up a cry
Give me a try
So I looked once more
A bit deeper than before
There were pictures galore
And wisdom in store
That I so adore
The book now in hand
My heart took a stand
This is your brand
Near the cash did it land?
No more money, I can’t
Beside it at left
A bowl tempting theft
Filled with hearts so bereft
Filled my senses so deft
Admiring their cleft
So shapely and green
Same colour and sheen
Next to the book on the counter it seem
My eye it did glean
Agate ingrained with jasmin
Though yet hesitant
Some voice took a stand
The heart tight in my hand
Spoke this is your brand
It is always so clear
This voice in my ear
It grew lauder I fear
And pleated my dear
Joy is so near
Angel Jasmin held sway
I had nothing to say
Book and heart I did pay
As always this is her day
Again won the fray
A sanctuary and favourite place
A harmonious space
Books to amaze
Stress to erase
And angels embrace
A little pooch does his retreat
A bundle so sweet
Awaiting my treat
Cannot talk, but yet he can speak
He is sort of my speed
Celestial noise from music afar
A brush with piece does tar
Readers looking in books for their star
Nothing the senses do mar
Other worlds the doors far ajar
Now more often I go
When my heart is at low
And I miss her so
And we talk to and fro
As we did long ago
As I woke up this morn
Feeling ill and forlorn
For my heart is still torn
Turned my eyes to sojourn
That little green book with a heart did adorn
I opened the pages
With wisdom from sages
From lives back in ages
Tinctures and herbs were the rages
Health paid their wages
To address then my body and soul
This was her goal
She wanted me whole
Mashed herbs in a bowl
Again she got me by jive and by jowl
Now as you can see
I feel better in me
So I write a wee spree
To much I agree
How she wants me to be!
