A Jasmin Easter!
A cherished pot full of ashes,
Interred in tears,
A cherished precious memory,
Entombed my heart so near,
In life’s garden where she roamed
In happiness and joy,
She whispers in my ear,
So coy,
Watch the butterfly, its beauty its wings
Watch it fly in joy,
Then fold its wings,
In chrysalis deploy,
Silently in heavens comfort,
Till spring, when birds will sing,
Her wings again unfold,
New life and joy will bring,
And so in heaven, as on earth,
In timely fashion you’ll me find,
In your garden, you and me,
In your soul and mind.

When a dog dies, it takes a little part of us, from where it hurts most, shaking everything inside us of remembrances, funny thoughts, barkings, welcomings, wagging tails at our voice, eyes telling us that no matter what they will love us to death.
This is not a review, just a few words to let you that we understand, because we lost one of those friends ourselves.
