It wasn't me, so help me God!

What a relief!

He’s back in fighting spirit,
Spitting still in the spittoon,
Hot words he’s already stirred,
Just flying a trial balloon,

Who’d thought, that this was real?
After all it was just a tooth,
That forever his mouth could seal,
Just a fabricated truth,

So I apologize profusely,
If I had other ideas,
I admit, April fools did seduce me,
To give him a bit of the gears,

I knew it would stir him to live,
With a prick here and there,
I admit to all this contrive,
To coach him back from his lair,

He’ll bite, I’m quite sure,
If he had his vermouth,
But fewer imprints will leave to endure,
For he now is missing a tooth,

And the wisdom in this story,
Don’t bury a man b’ for he’s dead,
It’s just a tiny bit gory,
But so help me, I’ll blame it on Jersey and Ed.

He’ll bite, I’m quite sure,

He is an ancient Ed Vampire, after all! So I know he misses that tooth, and PLEASE BLAME IT ALL ON JERSEY, NOT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Signed,
Pee Wee

She Intrigues Me, Revelations Of Love by Jon Willey

If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
