Being a Prize fighter, I had many of them, ha!

Stitches!
Leaving you in stitches,
A ruptures event,
Healed, if there are no glitches,

Using rusty needle, or dirty yarn,
In time will fester,
Kill you, or do major harm,

Then there is a thin skinned bloke,
Rips all apart,
Tell him a yarn or dirty joke,

Some are closed as quick as opened,
Ugliness inside,
Healing useless to pretend,

Some have previous stitches never removed,
Frankenstein had them,
You could see them, when he moved,

Some have them in their head some in the ass,
Same yarn you bet,
Yes I know it’s crass

But then the stitches don’t care,
The doctor knows,
Just ask, and his yarn with you will share,

What hurts the most, when they pull them out,
You’re on your own,
Not under a narcotic cloud,

And then there are your friends,
Who like to leave you in stitches,
Leave you laughing, with their jokes, there is no end,

If you have stitches go somewhere and hide,
Until they’re out,
No time, for all that macho pride,

And as the say a stitch in time,
Ah there the rub,
Down, Swedish massages, and now you’re fine,

Talk to you later buddy, Happy St. Georges Day!

How sweet of you and now Georg is hopefully on the mend and it will not be long before he is himself again. So light and lively....

OK buddy! the stitches are out and that was a lot of "fun" they had pulling the damn things one at a time. I felt like Tarzan ready to give that call but I was afraid that elephantns would come charging and hurt me too, so Itried to keep my mouth shut but the dentist had another ideas.
So thank for the good wishes (although that swedish massages never came) and a happy day for you too

Georg

Unique ponderings... "Stitches!" leads one to ontologic thoughts and to wise visions throughout its lines of philosophic and wit imagery.

I salute You, Poet.

In admiration,
