Earning coinage of value for later .....

Fair trade!

Dreaming in buckets of Disney,
That all will be ok,
Their fears to keep at bay,
And send those worries far astray,
Instead should lend a helping hand,
And fill those buckets full of sand,
To keep the flood behind the bank,
Prayers, God would understand,
Reality of life it is,
Not just happiness and bliss,
Neither here, nor heaven,
Six is here, as there, not seven,
You have to work and make an effort,
And not just bother the good Lord,
Just prayers, and lots of wailing,
Will not help, in what is ailing,
Like here, or there, you may trade,
Not hate for love, or love for hate,
No funny money you can pay,
It all your sins to stay,
Coinage that’s in your purse,
Not save you from the hearse,
But golden nuggets in your soul,
That should be your goal!

Let's see, I have my retirement planning begun here in Disneyland. What is it that comes next? Oh, yes, it is appointed man once to die and then the judgment...better try to lay a little treasure up for that one...maybe fair trade will do it all, they get theirs, and I get mine...Jerry

Very wise and firm words from you, J-H! Would that the whole of the world could hear and read them; we just might save ourselves and our beautiful Earth, yet...

Yeah, send them disney, McDonalds, and send their women to school. That should keep everyone in the world busy forever. No hate just fair trade. In the meantime, I'm working on my sins, and that keeps me busy. Great write. Liz
