Destroyin his great creation has severe consequenses, but yet God great preachers think it secondary, and exhault the imporance of man in the eyes of God.

Not in his image!

When the great lord of all,
Created all there is, and all there was,
Did he, in his wisdom, from spring to fall,
For all to blossom thus,
Who would, who?
Subvert his loving well,
His domain subdue,
And create a living hell?
Are we not, of him and know,
To be loved in turn,
Not Satan’s seeds would sow,
Before interred into that urn,
All he loved for he created,
All there is, in love and care,
Who are we, have not debated,
To all his others not be fair,
Take notice, all you scholars, and God ordained,
Take not likely, all his loves creation,
In the end that you be shamed,
Destruction your sensation,
Honour all that, with love he made,
Every bee and every ant,
There should be no debate,
No scale of value did he rate,
You are the one, who thought it wise,
To think of you, in Gods great light,
Thought importance, your disguise,
Forgot his natures might,
First it was the floods of Noah,
But you didn’t listen then,
You!
Do not now, the next great Shoal,
The only question, when?

Wherever God told man that he was the one with the power of life and death of His "lesser" creatures? or that he could do as he pleased destroying His created earth?
Well done! ! !

You got it right again, Jasmin, down t o asking about the next great shoal. I think people are feeling it in their bones, a great uncertainty about when some such event might occur. It reminds me, Jasmin, that I don't think you've looked at my latest poem, Tornado Twighlight Terror, yet which certainly was a great natural cataclysm on a local scale in my life. It's different than my other work, so I don't want you to look at it without being prepared for the grotesque. But isn't that the way with your poem here? We are so oblivious to the grotesque consequences for the creation that we profess to love. You make excellent points, Jasmin.....Jerry

It always amazes me that so many self professed 'religious people' seem to care so little about preserving and revering His Creation.

You have that so right! All life is sacred and owes allegiance to God for all the love and beauty he has so gracefully surrounded us with. Mankind will surely pay the price down the road....

Be always safe,
Karen

Say Something Terrorible v3 by RickthePoetWarrior

My mom says ‘If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything’. Sorry mom but under the guise of poetic license I penned these beauties.
