What am I trying to say?
Million things in my mind do play,
From the doggie howling in the neighbours shed,
Or deciding to go back to bed,
I don’t know darn it,
I’m chewing at the bit,
Ah yes, I forgot, got to take my pills,
And wipe up all the doggies spills,
Coming to think,
This coffee not worth to drink,
Not knowing what to eat,
Or next to put my feet,
Ah yes the birdies give some food,
While I am in the mood,
Pissing rain it is again,
It is been, a royal pain,
No sunshine, in my mind does shine,
Otherwise I’m fine,
So many things to do,
But what, haven’t got a clue,
Poetry not on my mind,
I find it all a grind,
The studio too, I find remote,
My god what else is broke?
The mind not working well,
The body not too keen, I’m going all to hell,
I’ll think I’ll sweep the floor,
Now there is someone at the door,
There goes another good intention,
But one, I have no choice, empty that retention,
Finally, pull out that little wee,
What simple pleasure, just to pee!
What simple pleasure, just to pee!
You can say that again!
