The over consumption of meat in the world can only be accommodated with the most cruel of farming methods, Factory Farms, we all have a voice in that, we can vote with our stomach, and our pocket book, and most importantly with our conscience, please listen to those voices that are crying out in the night, hear their plea!

Those beyond their gut could see,
Who in the eye of God could be?
Those beyond just thought and logic,
Would then forget their heart, that’s tragic,

Forget the heart and soul, of other beings,
Not further than their gut are seeing,
Sit in the churches pew,
Moreover, blasphemy they spew,

Sacrifice that little lamb,
To God they say, while they still can,
Then quickly and without ado,
That little lamb put in a stew,

I wonder, if love is your religion,
You are spewing contradiction,
You would fall, and stop at that,
With murderers throw in your hat,

Tell me why so many here and there,
Don’t kill, because they care,
Point to the elephant that has,
Grown very big on eating grass,

Mass murder now it seems the thing,
You eat meat you’re on the in,
Meanwhile starving millions cry,
While you take all the acreage with a sigh,

As I said before God you kneel,
Not caring how they feel,
Neither human, chicken, pork, nor beef,
Your own pains cry relief,

Come, come my friend,
There be accounting in the end,
Best check that gut, that soul,
Before your God, it is a worthwhile goal.

please listen to those voices that are crying out in the night, hear their plea!

Far too many today are truly deaf, dumb, and blind.

I wonder what the world will say if the Death-Row inmates were treated like the fowl, the pork or the beef, because we kill everybody with kindness don't we? (I heard that a CEO said so)

Sorry I can't comment since I'm a meat eater on occasion;-) However I do think if they use cruel methods to procure the meat, they should be penalized for it!

Hugs,
Eileen
