Of all the girls I met before,
There was Joni, Susan, Trish,
And Trash, and many more,
All were cut the same,
Lengthwise I remember,
All had curves galore,
Like Miss June or Miss December,
And if you took a closer look,
You found that most would cook,
The element they’d use, well,
Would sometimes blow a fuse,
Remember eating in the dark,
Often just a sandwich,
That new energy would spark,
Delectable such dish,
Now look back at three score ten,
This is now, and that was then,
I can’t remember when,
The last time I was tickled,
Pink, it was yesterday I think,
But this lapse in memory,
It comes with age,
And how often you forget, it’s hard to gage,
But I remember it well,
Gigi, you stop it, I’m on the phone,
She’ll listen, she is at home,
Come on now honey,
You got your money,
Tomorrow, sweet, ok?
We got all day to play,
Darn, I always feel so guilty though,
You sweetest little so and so,
Yes tomorrow early dear,
Have no fear, I’ll be right here!
When one has fun, time does fly,
And many a bird has too,
Now more often though, than when,
So many girls I knew,
It seems to me, all is upside down,
When I was young,
on such behaviour would I frown,
But now count every day in bliss,
Not one encounter would I miss.
