The ghastly cruel seal hunt is again about to begin, swamp the Canadian Embassy with letters, keep copies, get the press out, protest, most MP, and Senators so far have not signed the bill by Senator Mac Harb a most courages man, he needs help, I'll be protesting on the Parlaiment Hill to let them know how I feel. I think you heard of rentition, well this might be my last poem, see you in Florida ha

*She doesn’t like seals,* *Cause they eat all her fish,* *She does not care how they feels,* *For it’s her favourite dish,* *She skin them live, she hates them so,* *Sends out her goons to kill,* *While on a hill walks to and fro,* *And waits to gets her swill,* *DOF, or DAO, no matter mean to her,* *It’s all the same; she ate all the cod,* *And now there’s none to share,* *The seals the blame they got,* *To feed her belly round and full,* *And all her cronies too,* *Her goons still do the cull,* *Of fisheries she has no clue,* *She’s a monster in disguise,* *A parliamentary sort of dame,* *Spreads false ads and lies,* *Her fishy truth, the seals still blames,* *She loves the fish, she hates them seals,* *And many seal skins is her wish,* *She don’t care if they squeals,* *No more they eat her fish,* *Besides their coats will keep her warm,* *Buy her TV and beer,* *She thinks, some fur will bring her charm,* *And will constituents endear,* *All the seals in all the world would take,* *Such ugly soul to hide,* *Brings little pups such cruel fate,* *Gives murder a free ride,* *She votes for murderous debate, she spun,* *And takes her stand with pride,* *Her fishy tail and slippery tongue,* *While all the cowards on the hill, go hide!* *©08/03/2009*

When 300.000 of Christian Sudanese are slaughtered the world said nothing, when 800.000 Rwanda people was slaughtered the world kept quiet, why do you think the same world would react to another barbaric happening? My friend, if you wish the world to mobilize show a picture of an Israeli clubbing a baby seal and you will hear the clamor of a billion Muslims and Norway will send its Foreign Minister to practice dialog with the poor sod.

Very sadly, some of us have been doing this for years - including boycotting Canadian seafood - and it's had no impact.

Not nearly enough people even seem to care.

I have to wonder why GreenPeace doesn't get in on this problem, or some anti-cruelity to animals group, or maybe they have and I just don't see nor hear anything about it...I cannot see grown men beating these little animals to death with clubs, have we not as humans grown past that type of open murder...ed
