I just wonder, let us say,
We heard their crying in the night,
Little pups lost and children,
Their wails of sorrowed fears,
In puppy mills, Calcutta slums,
Just wonder that sound we constantly would hear,
Try to help more often, instead of chew our gums?
I just wonder, if every day next door we lived,
Would our perceptions shift?
About the least among us,
As He said thus,
I just wonder would we go that extra mile,
For it’s up to us,
To help our Lord in style,
I just wonder when we gather round,
That temple that we build for him,
Is it in stone, or in ones heart?
When we gather all that sin,
Not our riches part or share,
Help make it better for the poor,
To HIM show that we care
