We seem to be raping and pillaging everything today. We may end up as the biggest parasites this planet has ever known. I just read another sad and sobering report about our modern day over-fishing. Many of the world's fish resources are diminishing rapidly, and many species of fish will soon become extinct.

A movement is already gathering steam to wipe out Earth's fish eaters like sea lions and dolphins. Why should we share what remains, with them?

Although life on this planet has deterriorated I like to believe there is hope and that one day a generation will come along and it will respect mother earth. In my lifetime I have seen things go from bad to worst but...I have also seen more and more people being converted to environmental issues. I have seen the start of recycling, I have seen the beginning of energy efficient cars, have seen more and more the changes in ideas and teaching of chilren and now I hope it is not all too late but there is hope....
