Sundowners The rounders become sundowners as night falls They'd ride into the twilight pretty ladies are a waitin Down on the dance floor howling at the moon going round & round The whiskey flowed floating into the moonlight sundowners riding Wild as Mustangs those pretty gals They'd ride into the midnight drift off dreaming the trail boss is hollerin pull down your hat hitch up your britches Spurs jingling lassoes & lariats swingin get your head on straight Cause when day dawns get your grub, drink your Joe Rounders rolling pull on their boots and round em up Sundowners riding wild ones they buck, they sun fish cowboys curse em Round & Round they're stampedin pull on your dancing boots The ladies are swayin so round em up (c) Dale Clark

Yeehar... Got me legs all a swishin and me hips all a twitchin with this boot toe-tappin and me spurred heels a-rappin... Gotta just LOVE this soft-shoe a shuffle-O. Brings out the Kalamity Kate in me, Dale! Off to find me some gingham and a front-lacing bodice... Surf's up on your Sundown... i.e. I like! :)) xx
