A shooting star fell across the midnight sky; full of moon light; shined in your eyes; winked at the sun; blinked in total blindness; void of light stars cover the masks; on the actors faces; all the empty seats; you should be in the night filled with light; so bright falling like shadows, windows let in the clouds; drifting by so softly, gently, quietly silence envelops our love; which comes along once; then never again dreams; the shooting stars; shoot out the light; flaming, falling moon; waxing, waning the sun rising, setting love; grows restless as night; delight approaches, disappears; sets in west the sky empty now void of light all the shooting stars are dark; flamed out � 2003 CJ Clark All Rights Reserved
