Rodeo

goin down a rodeo
waitin for a bus
hitchin down to Texas
got my saddle
got my rope
no holes in these soles
cause these here boots
ain’t made for walkin
got a ridin heel
ya see, I ride n rope
bust’n broncs
landed on my ear
got a busted rib
on this here bull
called him Mr Tibbs
down in Amarillo
just divy up for the kitty
and take her for a spin
only takes 8 seconds
to land on yur ear
bareback n buckin
rollin spurs a rolletto
just nod yur head
and holler “let er rip”
she’ll give ya a twirl
crow hop and froggy dip
snake bit ole hoss
spun a sun fish
bit the dust
landed on my head
don’t see too good
outta this eye
got kicked and licked
stomped in a bit
dang near busted
clean through n back
been thinkin
of doin a clown act
going down a rodeo
