A collaberation between myself and XRifles

Forbidden is a place,
where a soul is content,
to find a quiet solitude,
to feel grounded,
where one can be open to the
wholeness of life, finding a
peaceful sense and feeling of freedom.

These reflections take,
being settled in yourself

only a few priceless moments,
fleeting seconds, of calm,
where time will allow words, to sink in,
where secrets emerge,
a message unfolds and reveals its meaning.

The mystical moist night air,
the mists of serenity,
might change the colors of life,
illuminate the darkness,
challenge the abstract, of a new attitude,
free the self, shed the barriers,
Allowing hope, creating a wider path to tread.

It is a gentle unfolding.
it took the sea a thousand years,
to carve a cave, out of a cliff,
the sense of waiting and longing,
feeling incomplete, unfulfilled,
reflections, reminders, of great need,
that haunt our thoughts, our selves.

The brokenness of the world, mirrored by,
the chasm found in our spirit,
the brokenness of our soul,
the barrenness  in our hearts,
wracked with pain, within and without,
where we silently scream,
Where we fear to dream.

They who live in houses made of glass, rejoice,
unaware, of fates plan, the fragileness,

they who ne'er did wrong, ride high with heavy clout,
blinded by their assumed, inaccurate, perfection, let the virtuous languish, cast 'em into the pit,
of anguish, where the unlucky dwell
window shopping, for solace and serenity

This is exquisite Lady D. I would like to live in that place of serenity, not just enjoy fleeting forbidden moments.
