Translated by the author from his French original poem "La brise de la mer"

The Sea Breeze

One should write to empty his heart,
without worrying about publisher, reader, or rhyme

What is written may not always please,
but in order to live every day,
one should feel every moment,
quiet or violent, sad or happy
and in short, feel his lungs, his guts,
murmuring and vibrating from love.

It is a mixture of feelings which resonate
one time high and one time low,
one time tender one time hard,
like the desert wind which joins the cold wind of the north.
It roars, it shoves us to make us change path
and sometimes our destiny
so that we find ourselves unknowingly,
the next day in peace and in glory.

The sea breeze, the wind or the rain,
the sounds of music, or the sounds of our voices
awaken in us the feelings that many have not yet experienced.
Those who feel them notice them
without being able to explain them or identify them.
But they feel their pleasant presence
and enjoy them in silence and in innocence
to discover their essence.

The spirit has no boundaries
It penetrates the pure and clean hearts

I love the freedom you express, and I love the energy of this piece.. warm, cold, tender, hard, high, low..and all these facets combining to propel us sometimes, coax at others toward where we need to be for our highest good ...

This is exceptional and unique...

Love and Peace, Diana

Akin to the rising of the sun, tides or moon as we never really now what to expect until it returns from where it came....

Be always safe,

Oh Emile how right you are. Too often we worry about what to write and how to write it, I have always said it can't be wrong when it comes from your heart. Thank you as usual I do enjoy what you share with us.
