Their Moral Values   

In the world in which we live,
Where we take and where we give
It is our duty to maintain stability
To the best of our skill and ability

It is understood that every one of us
May he be unknown or famous
Toward his close family has obligations
And towards society and his relations.

Our parents were perhaps less learned than we,
But on certain things we must agree
In us their moral values they instilled
As our hearts and minds with wisdom they filled
 
My grandfather and father, besides their obligations,
Found the time to relate their stories with patience
As I owe them so much, I will try to share them with you
As my honest contribution of what I feel is worth and true .
