My Life Companion

You are my friend and my wife
You are my heart and my life
 When I am happy and relaxed I sing
I become a bird and you are my wing
When we walk, you are my best peer 
On the path of life, we hold dear
Our love and our faith is our treasure
A gift and a joy, no one can measure.

This is so beautiful Emile, I wish all couples felt this way. True love is hard to find when two are going in opposite directions.
