Light of the Heart
It brightens the sky and the earth with its ray
It nourishes and sustains us, makes our reason stay
Let the sun penetrate our mind and our heart
And fill us with love; get us off to a good start
It lets love freely flow
Lets our bodies be healthy and grow
It brings forth plants and flowers
And good humor is always ours
Let’s pray that the Eternal may bless us
And make that His Rays may reach us
With His Light, His Love, His Grace
Make us brothers and sisters in this place
Let hatred and stupidity die out
So that we may keep laughing throughout
Let’s fill ourselves with love and joy
So that our young people may live and enjoy
We should love the light of the sun and the height
And pray that it may arrive when time is right
It is said: Act while it is still day
Before night comes and takes away
Our ability to act and see clear
And the availability of help and cheer
But those who find their awakening here
Are freed from the burden of their fear.
