A small thing may make us happy
Open the Source of Joy and Happiness The future will always be different from what we think We have to do our best in all circumstances It is not possible to keep our souls on the same level But we have to be our own guides One day my father told me: “If things do not work the way we wanted We should give a gift that pleases us, to us or to others And not let sadness capture us” By acting this way we make ourselves and others happy We open the sources of joy and happiness for all of us. This is so sweet, Emile. Your father gave you a wonderful remedy that would help in the healing of many a sad soul. I like the way he put it, "and not let sadness capture us" It's too easy to give in to circumstances, when all the while God wants us to learn from them and be ready to help others.
