Feelings
During our childhood some feelings we sensed
Without knowing the reason and we commenced
To try understanding. We soon realized that we don’t
Nevertheless, we enjoyed them, even if we won’t.
When we encounter something completely new,
Sometimes we realize that much escapes our view
As without seeing the wind, we feel the breeze
Without seeing earth's gravity, we walk with ease
Some people are born with a more accurate sight,
But they cannot see what’s in a drop of blood inside.
They need a microscope to show them more detail
But it’s just an appearance; the essence is to no avail.
With the help of technology we will soon discover
Our planet’s treasures, our own remain under cover
Deep within ourselves, waiting for our yearning
To show us how to happiness we could be turning
