Positive thoughts and memories
Enhance our lives and abilities
Good Thoughts Are a Source of Happiness
Positive thoughts and memories
Enhance our lives and abilities
Help create pleasant experiences
Alas, not everyone sees the differences
Pleasant thoughts inspire friendship
And bring people together,
Enhancing their lives through exchanges
Giving them the feeling of mutual caring
Lucky are those who recognize the values,
Appreciate other cultures without denying their own.
It is very clear that people of the same origin
Have a common ground with someone
Of the same culture, but this should not exclude
Trying to find common ground with others.
One should not forget that in this world
There are many strong people who do not feel
Or do not think they need the help of others,
But there are at least as many or even more people
Who do need the help of others.
In my opinion, everyone needs good thoughts,
Good memories, as they are the "oxygen" for life.

We have a son who recently told us that relationships are not worth working on... specifically familial ones...
To me that thought is so incredibly foreign... what in life is really worth working for, living for, if it is not relationships? We all need someone. No one walks this path of life alone. Memories, to me, are the glue that binds us to one another and helps us make it through.
I know our son will come around, and I don't believe his words... especially when he craves news of the family. :) Silly boy... if only he would listen to his heart!
