I thank our Creator
At the start of the New Year
I am thankful for the earth
Which serves us constantly
For its water, for its air
For the plants and for all its treasures

For those who left
I pray for the entire humanity
Regardless of their believes
Of their parties, or any affiliations
I pray for those of other faiths
I pray for those who still suffer
I can tell you with assurance
That help is underway

Just believe in the Power of Love
Please do not lose faith
Do not let doubt penetrate your heart
Do not let politicians divide us
I pray for you all, as you are part of me
As I love you as you are
