Uncle John Boy died in 1991. He was a good man and I have a lot of fond memories with him. This poem is about him.
He loved to play with his "Mokey's"! That means motor- cycles to you and me. Mom would buy him a "mokey" at the Five and Dime store when he was just four years old. A different color each week too! Precious John.
As he got older, and bought his nieces, me and my sisters, presents, he got to be okay!
It wasn't until later, we realized that he had his sister buy the presents for us girls!
Bless his heart! There were times when he would pick it out on his own, those were the SPECIAL OCCASIONS!
I called him "Bubba".
I miss him so.
