This poem describes the main highlights of what I do on a day to day basis. That is all about to change though once I have surgery this Thursday. I could not think of anything else to write about, (if you have not noticed!), and so I chose to write about this! I am working on some short stories but will not get them done until early tomorrow morning probably about inbetween 1-4am. Thanks so much guys and gals! Love ya!
Wake up at 5am. Cook eggs for me and Kristina, my sister. Then, do the dishes. Feed the dogs and then let them out to “do their stuff”. Lastly, take my morning medication before I go back to bed for a few more hours. Wake up and take a shower, take my dog, Foxxy, for a walk! Educate my migraine group on the Yahoo website! Play on the computer for several hours, looking at AD Too! Have my lunchtime medication with some soup. Take a nap from two to three central time in the afternoon. Have to watch Dr. Phil from three to four in the afternoon., of course! Study Pharmacology in the evening and then go to bed after looking at AD website and *PoetryPoem.com* ONE MORE TIME! nice routine--enjoyed reading a bit of your life

mine is:

get up, get dressed, go to work, go to library, go home, get undressed, bathe, MAYBE watch a video, go to bed. except thursdays: get up, get dressed, go to best friend's house, go home, do laundry, get undressed, bathe, MAYBE watch a video, go to bed. LOL

I doubt you are the only one addicted to AD, I certainly am as well, but boy do you sleep alot, thought I was the only olympic sleeper on AD...LOL! Keep up those rituals, they keep you young and you are in my meditations regards your surgery, hope it is not something too major...? Peace, Ed & Rufuz
