A friend of mine was afraid to leave her husband, I wrote this poem after a meditation on her situation...

*Fear Can Be The Catalyst, If You Let It!*

What makes you stay?
fear of losing?
fear of loneliness?
fear of painful remorse?
fear of fear itself?

Fear as described in the dictionary:

" a feeling of alarm or disquiet caused by the expectation of danger, pain, disaster, terror, dread, or apprehension."

Fear is a feeling,
Fear is an apprehension of a perceived pain
Fear is all in your mind.

One must alleviate fear with joy,
With peace of mind, body, and soul.

Be not afraid to walk in lightness,
In goodness of your true purpose,

A purpose that means harm to none,
harmony to all it encompasses.

We all have fears, but to let it overtake our lives,
Is not what our higher power has intended for us.

We must step aside of these fears,
We must walk along side of our higher power
to regain freedom from fear
and recapture the spirit that dwells inside all of us.

Walk without fear,
talk without fear,
be not afraid to be free to feel your soul's journey......
